1971년 서울에서 태어나 홍익대학교 회화과를 졸업했다. 제2회 ‘신한 새싹 만화상’ 은상을 받았다. 『씨앗을 지키는 사람들』 『신기한 시간표』 『애벌레가 애벌레를 먹어요』 『누가 웃었니?』 『심청전』 『축구 생각』 『짜장면 불어요!』등에 그림을 그렸다. 어린이 교양지 월간 『고래가 그랬어』에 만화 『뚝딱뚝딱 인권 짓기』를 연재했다.

 

Born in 1971 in Seoul, Yoon Jeong-joo studied Western painting (BFA) at Hongik University.
